TRIGS & FRB

Advancing Retinal Disease Treatment through Data-Driven Insights

TRIGS (Treatment of Retinal Diseases in Germany) is a prospective, multi-center registry data collection on IVOM care in Germany. We collect both subjective parameters, including quality of life and practical skills (such as reading or driving), as well as clinical parameters such as visual acuity, central retinal thickness in the OCT findings or the treatment regimen of patients who receive intravitreal injection therapy. This allows us to trace the patient's care path, research patient behavior and therapy compliance, describe care patterns and identify long-term care trends. Various eye clinics are involved in the TRIGS registry and can thus benefit from a large shared data pool for scientific questions.

As this is a prospective survey, participation in the registry is also possible for other eye clinics and eye centers. Please feel free to contact us about this.

FRB (Fight Retinal Blindness Register) The global FRB register collects data on IVOM care from all over the world in order to analyze the clinical effectiveness of IVOM therapy with very large numbers of patients and to ask which therapy cycles prove to be effective in everyday care. The TRIGS register contributes care information from Germany and enables us to participate in the global data pool and work together on care science analyses.
